This was taken back in September, but, since this blog is dedicated to her, I thought that another picture of Carol would be appropiate! 

As the day drew to a close, I couldn't help thinking about Carol - the only thing that could have added to this view, would have been her seeing it with me. Hearts grow fonder. 

The sound of the breaking waves was thunderous, relentless, and strangely - comforting.

Conditions perfect - about 72 degrees, wind from the south - about 8 mph! Good friends, good drink, and well - look at the picture! 

Thinking of the folks that live in the Midwest, who are still snowed in, from what I hear...
